The Post contains a personal review about Instamojo Payment Gateway which is not official.Are you an e-commerce owner and accepting payments by using instamojo? Don't do this. Because I am sharing a real and true incident or review that what happened with me.
I am working in The SOLID company and accepting payments for our company website www.solidmegamall.com for using instamojo gateway.
It was our big mistake that I trust this online gateway company instamojo so I didn't check monthly payout.

Anyone can believe that they continuously collecting and holding payments from three months from our website. They hold the account because of one of our customer direct filed a complaint to instamojo for any service or product-related issue.
according to company terms and conditions SOLID company void warrantee from the product which has opened, wrong software upgraded. The customer sends the product to the company after void warrantee. but we refused to provide a warranty because he opened the warranty seal.
Now the customer complained Instamojo, Instamojo hold the entire payout and but they never stop to receive payments. They collected money for 3 months.
Our account team has checked that we are not receiving payments from the Instamojo so we have contacted customer support. Now they tell us please provide an email from the same customer that he did the payment and satisfied.
We have contacted to the customer and resolved our matter, now their customer service team saying it will be transferred within 24-48 hours or 2-3 days.
Every day, every customer support member say the same line. After 5-7 days I have contacted him again and they informed me that please provide proof of delivery.
I was surprised because the customer already sent him an email that " he received the goods and he used his card his own" after acknowledgment of customer's still giving me excuses.
I have requested to Instamojo that -1- Please verify right away with the customer using a call or email, Although you have already received confirmation from the customer.
2- You should have a direct contact number where we can talk but ZEERO customer service. Chat people always send copy and paste the material (same lines).
3 - If there was any risk factor and dispute issue then why you accepting payments and collecting money in your account.
4 - I have told the story because it was customer fault, he voids the warrantee so the company refused to provide warranty services to the same customer. But they forced us to resolve the issue. And we have resolved with the customer. Still, they hold company money.
So I told him " if not received an email from the customer then what".
They replied - we need payment confirmation and satisfaction email without email we can not help you.
5 - Instamojo charge service fees in every transaction for providing services but they fail to provide services and satisfaction to us. Because If they charging service fees then their risk team should reach the customer and company at the same time to resolve the issue but they failed.
6 - I have also requested to Instamojo hold the payment which has a dispute and transfer the remaining amount but they are not doing it.
It means they have cheated and looted the entire money.
what I am thinking now.
Call to the Police and file complaints against the buyer for non-payment. (3-month-old order)
Also, call the police and file complaint against Instamojo gateway because they also hold amount from the transaction which does not have any dispute.
Let me know if any other options are available. I am talking to lawyers to handle this situation.
So guys, please don't use Instamojo gateway, they will cheat your money and you may also face the same situations.
